I have a robust academic background, including qualifications in online monitoring, online tutoring, blended delivery of TVET, managerial psychology, quality assurance, computer information management, technical vocational education and training (TVET), developing organisational training plans, supervisory management, e-business management, and accounting. I bring a multidisciplinary approach to teaching, workforce development, and business transformation.
